The owner was very polite very informative he listen to everything I wanted for my dog. One of the best things about dogwatch was how informative and how different and cost-effective they were against invisible pet fence. Once installation was complete Dave trained my dog for 15 minutes and she immediately was receptive to the fence and to Dave. It only took another day and a half for my Boston terrier was completely trained to the fence I am so happy with dogwatch I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy an invisible fence it really truly works. I really like the fact that Dave made himself readily available for any questions or any problems and would immediately address them. Dave instructed how to train your dog with the simplest of ease even my 10 year old son was able to do it in less than a day.

They go above and beyond customer service and to top it off their product is superb. They were able to repair our fence (broken by landscaping in several places) with minimal cost and hassle. We had an older hidden fence for many years with a previous dog. But with the new puppy, we upgraded our system to DogWatch and it works even better. We were already very familiar with the technology, but still skeptical with a different dog. After minimal training though, she never leaves the yard - even with deer and a fox in the neighborhood. Great investment! My wife and I moved to some acreage a couple years ago. Shortly after we got 2 lab puppies. At about 4 mnths of age we contacted Dave and DogWatch. The underground fence was installed and Dave came out and trained the pups. Within 48 hours, instead of taking them out on a leash fearful they would wander off, we could let them out knowing they were safely within our borders. It was such peace of mind and the best investment we could have made. It made our lives so much easier. I would highly recommend Dave and DogWatch.

Did a great job installing our invisible fence and training us to train our dogs!!

Dave was very knowledgeable and professional. The installers were courteous as well. We are on five acres and in one week of training my dog is respecting his boundary even when tempted. Another week and I will be able to trust him off leash! Great experience & money well spent.

These guys were terrific. These folks did about 2 acres of this fencing for me. They showed up exactly when they said the would, the installation was amazingly fast and they were great with our 3 Pups. We have a setter and two Poms and this has worked perfectly. We've had the product for a year now and have not had a single issue. Amazing product and service. Would highly recommend. So much so that I am leaving a review 1 year later!

Dave and crew have been great! We have a dog that was a digger and was getting out of the yard. They came out, gave their recommendation for how to handle the situation, and scheduled the install when we approved. While there were weather delays, the install was quick and easy. My wife was concerned about the yard being torn up, but the small cut for the line was hardly noticeable. They also started the training process for us. Problem solved. When the dog decided to start digging under our shed (and getting stuck) they were here the day after I called and extended the barrier around the structure. Again, problem solved!
